Our acoustic Blues Rooted trio or sometimes quartet includes:

Ray Davis - vocals and guitar,
Johnnie Corrie- drums percussion and vocals,
and recently added, Greg Burrill- Bass and Vocals.
NW & FULL CIRCLE group consists of a band of good friends who have woven their creative influences together into a circle many times throughout the course of their careers.
One of the things that FULL CIRCLE works to master honorably, is to reconstruct hit songs without compromising the integrity of the original artists.
They love to create a different musical perspective or feeling by flavoring the songs; for instance, by adding unique harmonies or tempos, maybe even singing lyrics that have been historically gender specific.
FULL CIRCLE likes to invite guest musicians to join them now and then; Here are some of the people we enjoy sharing the stage with:
Gordon Hermanson, Gary Fontaine, Seth Cordova, Ashbolt Stewart, Clark Salisbury, Paul Graumann, Ed Newman, John Henderson, Kenny Lee and the Sun Downers, Norman Sylvester and so many others.
You just never know who will show up and join in!
FULL CIRCLE is fun and funny on stage; they are interactive with their loyal listeners, many of whom follow the band from venue to venue. It’s easy to tell that FULL CIRLCE loves to share the gifts of their art and their profession.
Full Circle has over the coarse of time, respectfully, consisted of:
David Alan Stensen- bass and vocals, Fred Ingram- drums and percussion, Steve Shroy, Ashbolt Stewart, Gene Ermle, Jamie - drums, Chad Rupp- Guitar Keys and Awesomness, Josh Makosky-Guitar & vocals,
and Respectfully:
the late DK Stewart -piano, Doug Rowell-Guitar, Jim Mesi-Guitar,
We think of ourselves as good friends with great integrity who have known each other for decades and that love playing music together.
Full Circle started in 2012 with the core members being Nico Wind, Ray Davis, and Gordon Hermanson.
We play a little of every type of music from Jazz Pop Funk to back hills Roots music, but we are all rooted in BLUES.
One of our favorite things to do is to take popular music and re arrange it with our own sort of signature sound.
There are three writers in the group and we are working on collaborative recordings to present on Reverbnation this year.
Here are some of the venues where we usually perform:
Troutdale Arts Fesival and Street Fair.
Mayors Square in downtown Troutdale OR. and also at Glenn Otto Park.

Nico Wind & Free Rein
Free Rein
Started by Nico Wind Cordova in 2009, it was an experiment to see what it would be like to have a collaborative group that didn't have a designated leader.
Nico, having a lifelong love of horses, named the band after a term used in natural horsemanship "Free Rein" meaning to allow the horse to have its head and go where ever it wanted without the restraints of the rider's signals or force in some cases. This term also includes an unspoken feeling of trust, respect, and honor to the relationship between horse and rider.
The core of the Free Rein band is founded by Gordon Hermanson, Nico Wind & Seth Cordova, Ray Davis, Jim Soleberg, Scott Van Dusen, Steve Strain, and several other players new and old still intermittently join up.
Each engagement is usually an exciting adventure; always fresh and full of fun!

Cedar Rose
Cedar Rose
This WAS a traditional and Contemporary Native American Music Collaborative Started by Nico Wind in 1996 adding Karen Kitchen in 1999 and then adding Mel Kubik in 2016-17.
I say with great sadness in my heart, the group has disbanded as of June of 2018.
I still hold pain over the disbandment of this group. I continue to learn songs from my tribe and I have been keeping my eye out for a healthy aligned collaboration with others.
If you are interested in singing, harmonizing, learning traditional and contemporary Native American songs, please contact me. (It helps if you have at least SOME traditional Native American spiritual and cultural back ground).
My goal is to do some recording and possibly some performance touring in the future.
I feel strongly about a truthful historic dialog that accompanies the songs we choose to sing.
If you happen to play an instrument that would be great too.
Disclaimer: My intention for Cedar Rose is to carry these songs with respect and honor for the elders and ancestors who created them to be passed along to everyone.
I want us to be Culturally and Spiritually aware of the power these songs hold and to preserve the messages for the next generations.
I do not have an organized religious or colonized mentality around being a song carrier, and I hope to work with others who also are more spiritual in thought.
